These terms cover use of the FLOW game (web and, in the future, any native app packaging of it). This page is a simple, editable placeholder — see the legal review notice at the bottom.
FLOW is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do our best to keep it available and working, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the game (including loss of local progress, scores, or Flow Credits).
Cheating, exploiting bugs to gain an unfair advantage, or abusing the leaderboard, Daily Challenge, or Flow Credits systems is not allowed. Scores, leaderboard entries, display names, and Flow Credits balances may be moderated, hidden, or reset if we reasonably believe they resulted from abuse.
Flow Credits are a virtual in-game currency. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for real money, and cannot be transferred between players or accounts. Cosmetic items unlocked with Flow Credits are purely visual and provide no gameplay advantage. As of this version, FLOW does not sell Flow Credits or cosmetics for real money and has no in-app purchases.
FLOW does not require an account or login. Your player identity is tied to a locally stored player ID; clearing your browser/app data will disconnect you from your existing progress (see our Privacy Policy and Data Deletion page).
These terms may be updated as the game evolves. Continued use of FLOW after a change means you accept the updated terms.
